Whether single-or two-stage for induced draft fans and forced draft fans, or 3-or 4-stage, the fans are always equipped with central hydraulic rotor blade adjustment.

Compact, stable construction Standardized components for single and two-stage fans ready accessibility to machine parts provided by easilty detachable casing top with horizontal fans and removable rotor unit with vertically mounted fans.
Main bearing system accommodated as compact unit in the centering flanges in the casing.
Fan wheel hub takes the form of a welded structure with heavy inner ring for centrifual force absorption at relatively small diameter (low WK2).

Comparsion between the Performance Characteristics of Radial Flow and Fans and Axial Flow Fans
In Figure it can clearly be seen that in the case of the variable pitch axial flow fan the curves of constant efficiency pass approximately parallel to the boiler resistance line permitting a larger range operating with good efficiency. In contrast to a radial flow fan with inlet vane control it can be observed that the curves of constant efficiency pass perpendicular to the boiler resistance line, automatically
resulting in a lower efficiency value in the partial load range than in the case of the axial flow fan.
Furthermore, the axial flow fan can be selected in a way that the boiler test block point is that the main operating points are located in the optimum efficiency range.

7. The Jet fans
are used the longitudinal of relatively short tunnels if natural ventilation of the tunnel is not shufficient.
Jet fans are also used for special ventilation tasks as, for example, the ventilation of patrolling tunnels, setting tanks and similar plants.

The Jet Fans consist of a housing which the impeller with the drive motor is installed, and inlet/outlet silencers which was adapted to the existing demand of noise.
The anti-triction bearings of the motor are greased and designed for continueous working.
The Jet fans are appropriate for an ambient temperature of -25 to 40∩ case of continuous oprtation.

If there is a fire in the tunnel, the jet fans permits a short time operation at high temperature.

COMMERCIAL ADVANTAGES
GM-Blower ensures high efficiency at the design point and large turn down radio. Those bring clients low electric power consumption.
As mixed Flow impeller is suitable for a large volume of gas, the impeller and blower casing of GM-Blower is 30% smaller than those of conventional centrifugal blowers.
The moment of inertia of rotary parts is small. Consequently, a squirrel cage induction motor which is low in cost and makes easy in maintenance operation can be used.
There are no wear parts due to absence of mechanical touches, continuous operation for a long period is allowed. So the maintenance cost is very small.
