PROCEDURES
1. Buyer issues LOI and BCL (please see attached samples)

sign/stamp/seal final contract
6. Buyer issues non-operative L/C
7. SGS Inspection at loading port

9.TRANSACTION PROCEDURE:
1 Buyer send fresh LOI + BCL
2. Seller sends to Buyer FCO.
3. Buyer sends to Seller a ICPO with full banking details.
4. Seller sends to Buyer complete Draft Contract.
5. Buyer and Seller negotiate Draft Contract and Reach Agreement.
6. Seller and Buyer sign and exchange copies of the Hard Contract by E-mail and courier (DHL or TNT).
7. The Buyer, within 7 international banking days of receiving the Final Signed Hard copy Contract will issue by SWIFT, from a top 50 prime bank, the non operative DL/C, that shall be Irrevocable, Confirmed, Revolving, Payable 100% at sight.
8. The Seller's Bank should present the Performance Bond Letter (PB) of 2% of the DL/C amount, within 7 international banking days, that shall activate the DLC.
9. Delivery is schedule as agreed between Buyer and Seller and begins within 45 days after activating the DL/C.

A.Plant Introduction
This is a complete act technical advanced, nature and reliable equipment that is used in China and world sugar industry in the recent years. Necessary measurement and control instruments as well as appropriate PC management system are provided during the key sectors of the production process. Mechanical transportation equipment is provided for raw material handling and final product loading inside the factory for easy production management, so as to upgrade the productivity rate and to reduce the labor strength. Production and product quality are therefore guaranteed.

E. Brief Description on the Production Process
1. Raw Material Loading & Unloading and Prehandling
Raw material cane is bundled with wire robes and transported into the factory by land transportation. After going through the motion weighing machine, it is lifted to the cane yard or directed to the cane weighing table by use of 10-ton bridge crane. Passing through the feeding tables, it is sent to the prehandling system that combines cane conveyor, knives and shredder to enable the cane to achieve the proper preparation percentage. It is then sent to the Mill House for juice extraction.
2. Milling and juice Extraction
Five advanced Φ450×800 mills presently being manufactured in China are employed to form a mill tandem to extract juice from the above prehandled raw material cane. Every mill is driven by an AC motor separately. Bladder type accumulator is used as the hydraulic equipment. Compound imbibition is used in order to increase the pol extraction. Imbibition juice is pumped by chokeless pump. After the mixed juice goes through DSM screen to remove to the cush-cush, it is sent for clarification handling.
3. Juice Clarification
Lime is emulsified in the slaker by adding water. SO2 is prepared in the self-melting sulfur burner. Vertical neutralizer is used for juice neutralization. Vertical single-nozzle sulfitator is used for syrup sulphitation. The simple construction and continuous production enable high efficiency. The neutralized juice is handled by continuous claritier and the mud juice is directed to the vacuum tilter for filtration. The clear juice combines with the filtered juice discharged from the vacuum filter and is then gem for evaporation.
4. Heating and evaporation System
Plate heat exchangers and evaporators are used in the juice heating and evaporation system. Proper amount of vapor is bled for heating and pan boiling in order to increase the thermal efficiency. Condensate of the evaporators and heat exchangers is drained by use of equipressure draining device to drain as much condensate as possible so as to increase the evaporation efficiency.
5. Pan Boiling, Crystallization, Curing and Packing
Normally three-boiling system is adopted. 5 nos. 7m3 pans and 3 nos. seed tanks are provided. The pans are completed with electrical sugar discharging valves. A and B crystallizers are air cooling type, while C crystallizers are water cooling type. Semi-automatic suspended centrifugals are used for A and B curing and continuous centrifugals are used for C curing. The final white granular sugar is cooled and dried by vibrating fluidized bed disiccator and cooling machine, and then separated by the siever. The accepted sugar is then bagged and sewed and sent to the store as final product for storage.
Intellectual automatic bagging machine of 50kg/bag capacity is used in this complete set of equipment. It is electronic weighing with digital indicator for accurate measurement and easy operation.
6. Heat Supply
One 20 t/h tube boiler with 2.4 MPa steam pressure and 400℃ superheated steam temperature is provided in this complete set of equipment to supply steam directly to the steam turbo-alternator set; small portion of the boiler steam is desuperheated and then sent to the Process House. Exhaust of the turbo-alternator is supplied to the Process House.
Water treatment equipment, air supply and discharging system and necessary PC control, measurement instruments are also provided.
Fuel: Baggasse is the major fuel with coal (or oil) as the auxiliary fuel (depending on the local fuel supply).
7. Power Supply
One set of 1000KW turbo-alternator set of 400/230V, 50Hz is equipped in the factory to supply power required for production. Power used during the off season and for boiler startup will be supplied either by import power or by diesel generator set equipped by the factory itself, depending on the local practical situation.
